Had a horrible TMJ flair up so quickly searched for any product that could ease my pain. This one was delivered rapidly and the relief it provided was similarly rapid. The electric pulse technology is what I believe sets this apart from other products and actually provides instantaneous relief. I had this thing on me all the time until the flair up finally abated. Build quality is not fantastic, but that doesn’t detract from its effectiveness. Small size, easily fit in pocket. Battery life is pretty abysmal so keep your charger on you. Well worth the purchase.
